| Description: | Our company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for its development, engineering, design and project management services performed for the Federal Government. The primary responsibilities of this position include guidance, support and/or performance of the following types of activities: collecting and analyzing strategic and opportunity specific business intelligence, developing business strategy and plans, creating and maintaining strategic relationships with third party companies, market analysis, understanding the business priorities of current and prospective clients, identifying and assessing opportunities, proposal preparation, and after-sales follow-up with clients. Candidates should have 15-20 years commercial experience involving relevant business with the US Government; experience related to the Department of Energy is a plus. A proven track record in the areas of primary responsibility is a must. Travel required is approximately 50-75%. |
